noisy air conditioning pump15 Oct 2006 19:02 GMT1
when I start the truck, there is a loud rattle sound coming from the air
conditioning pump.  Sounds like a small marble rattleing around inside.  Any
ideas on what the issue might be?  At first I thought it was just a squeaky
belt so I applied belt dressing, and now this rattle ...

Service/Owner's Manual Downloads?15 Oct 2006 05:45 GMT4
Anyone know of a web site that has either service or owner's manual's
available for download? PDF? A friend just bought a 2003 Yukon Denali

left nut for them. Thanks. Kevin.

my business. I will be hauling about a 1500 lb load and towing a V nose
tandem axle cargo trailer with trailer and cargo weighing about 6000 lbs.
The other van I am considering is the Sprinter although ...

Stupid is as stupid does....14 Oct 2006 17:00 GMT2
Vibration shows up in the 90 Blazer (fullsize) Crawl up under it with a
tire tool and check the "U" joints. No noticeable wear. Jack up rear
axle, "feel" the wheels as they spin and shake em back n forth looking
for bearing issues, drivers side "feels" a bit rough. Replace bearings
What can I expect if dealers orders a truck14 Oct 2006 15:38 GMT2
Let's say that I walk into a dealership today and we decide that I buy
a truck that they would order made according to options that I
selected. What are the customary things that would happen, how much to
put down, are trade-in papers signed the same day, how long it could
neighbors 79 1/2 ton failed emission14 Oct 2006 02:51 GMT1
I'd like to get it legal for him. I can overhaul the carb, I'm good at that.
(and old, too)  Iwas looking for an O2 sensor (breif look) and didn't notice
one.  Is there one on this vehicle? I seem to remeber trucks having a lot of
exemptions back then.  Thanks, George

2006 Tahoe MPG gauge question14 Oct 2006 00:27 GMT4
My girlfriend drives an '06 Tahoe.  On the dash display, you can flip
through a few different things and eventually it'll show you the
average MPG.
My question is, how is this measured?  My 2000 Saab has the same thing,
Loose Door Latch13 Oct 2006 16:54 GMT7
Ok, not surprisingly when I got my 89 pickup last year the drivers side
door was loose.  It was sagging so in went some new pins w/ bushings,
sag gone.  Next went to replace the striker bolt since it was notched
pretty good.  When I did so the one I got and what everyone seems to
Diesel vs. gas engine on Chevy 2500HD13 Oct 2006 13:21 GMT12
As you can see, I am a ponderous person, trying to think of everything
before making a buying decision.
I am currently thinking about using a diesel vs a gas engine on 2500HD
trucks.
2004 Gmc Sierra Differential Capacity13 Oct 2006 04:05 GMT10
I have a 2004 GMC Sierra SLE 4wd With locking rear diff.  I am
replacing the gear oil in the rear differential.  Does anyone know the
