anyone know how to change the amount of time that the exit lighting, both

The parts and location of controls via Chilton's manual is vague at best.

I just bought a 1992 Chev Blazer with the 350 CID motor.   It is a
fantastic rig because it has no rust. (I live in northern Vermont) the
rig has low oil pressure ( 20 to 22 lbs at the gauge) hot or cold.
