I am curious as to whether or not anyone knows if a false empty reading will actually cut fuel delivery. In other words, if I truly have half a tank but the sender's resistor 'reads' dead empty, will there be any implications that will cut off the fuel supply (i.e. A valve closing, ...

My 77 K10 developed a problem in the last few weeks, It runs great when it is cold, but when it gets warm and under a load,( like climbing hills), it starts to miss and sputter. I have changed the plugs, wires, coil and cap and rotor, but nothing seems to help. Any one got any ideas ...

I have a new 03 Silverado with the small v-8 5.3 It has an aluminum pan and a strange to me tapered oring seal on the plug. I'm wondering if there is a torque spec, I'd hate to strip it or have it fall out.

I have a 2006 Yukon Denali with the 6.0 engine with 12K miles. I recently started hearing a knocking sound when the engine is cold. Has piston slap been reported on these engines? Please tell me no since I have this with my Expedition.

What is the difference between the 2WD chassis and the 4x4 frame ? Besides the obvious difference of the torsion bars and coil springs, will the 4x4 A-Arms bolt up to the 2WD frame or is the 4x4 a complete redesign with a completely different chassis ?
