Vehicle is 1995 GMC Sierra 1500 4X$ 155,000mi.
I bought it used and the brakes were marginal. The ABS module, master
cylinder, and pads were replaced. Later, I replaced the rear wheel
cylinders, shoes, hardware, and had the drums turned. The brake pedal is

I'm trying to replace my rear axle with a used one but I want to make sure I
get the right one - is there a number on it or something that I could just
give to a junk yard or some other way of knowing just what would work - it
is for a 1985 S10 Blazer  - 2.8 engine with  4x4 ...

I've got a 2003 Silverado that the blower fan is acting up
intermittently.
It will just stop turning occasionally, although I can still hear
the relay between positions 4 and 5 click.  It doesn't slow down

need of a new one, and am wondering what I should be looking for. Will
a 400 turbo tranny work?

Here's the deal:
I have a 82 Chevy stepside, The steering gear box came off the frame,
I live in the Rockies and drive a lot of bumpy roads. The bolts pulled
thru the frame. I got it back on and need to replace the rag joint.

My heater blows but won't get hot, I have changed the thermostat twice,
and the heatercore is not leaking. One hose from the radiator is cold, the
other is hot. Any help would be very appreciated.

6.0, 2500 truck.
I really need the specs for a complete drain of my transmission.  I
think it is around 14.7...  But would love to know for sure.

I saw this infomercial on hsn and I saw this emergency starter that you plug
in the lighter and supposedley starts your dead battery, I find this hard to
beleive, can this be possible? Andybody owns and had any experience with
these lighter plug-in starters? Thanks.

I have a 2000 chevy S-10.  The other day the battery indicator light
came on, and i noticed the voltmeter dropping slowly.  By the time I
made it home, it had dropped to red, all of the gauges went dark, and I
had basically no power in the cabin. The truck still ran though. Once I

According to the manual, you need to disconnect the drive shaft to tow one
very far.  Is this an automatic transmission only concern?
Truck is 2 wheel drive 5 speed manual.  Will towing it on a tow dolly still
kill the transmission?
