Window regulator channels09 Oct 2007 20:50 GMT2
Just got off the phone with a guy who owns a '90 K2500 Chevy P/U. He
said he hit a bump and both windows dropped into the doors. I had him
look into the door and he says he can see the regulator moving but the
channels are rusted. Looking in my crash book and on a couple parts

I have recently swapped out my tbi for edelbrock multi-port fuel
injection on my 454 1 ton chevy.  I removed my factory ecm computer to
install edelbrocks computer.  Well I have a th400 that wont shift
automatically because that little orange wire that comes off of the

This group successfully solved the mystery as to why I could hear my
injectors inside the cab of the truck (a fuel line was sitting against
the seam of the cab).  now I'm hoping you can help me with another
issue:

To improve acceleration do you adjust the timing? If so how do you do that?
If not, what do you do? My truck (95 k1500) came with the camper package,
so would it be geared more for towing?

wondering wht kinda plugs i sould put in it and  wht kinda mpg  u all

How much would it cost to switch from auto to standard? Would it be worth
it or are there some things that highly maximize the automatic? I'me
looking more for acceleration and high speeds than towing.

I read that the ground wire is supposed to be in terminal A, But I also
read that it should be green. The wire in terminal A of my DLC is not
green. What do I do?

When I put my truck into gear it's like it stays in nuetral. I Just had my
rear dif fluid changed and I'm pretty sure they over filled my oil. also
my tranny fluid seems a little to high. Could any of these be factors?
There are no major leaks.

Does anyone know where I should line up the timing mark on the driv
pulley with which notch on the timing plate, for first cylinder firing?

I have a 1991 K1500 with the 5.7.  I recently replaced both injectors
in the TBI and installed a new gasket set.  shortly there after, a
"noise" showed up that is really loud in the cab and can only be
traced back to the injectors.  the noise is still there when I put the

I have an 02 sunfire that I bent the sub-frame on. The passenger side is
like 1/8" to a 1/4" out. Does anybody have an idea of what this will cost
to get fixed?
