2006 Trailblazer EXT seatbelt problems30 Nov 2007 19:54 GMT2
Just wondering if anyone else has had issues with seatbelts locking in the
spool and not releasing (Like it's supposed to do when the brake is applied
hard).  I have already had the 2nd row center belt replaced, and am starting
to have the same problem with the drivers seat belt. ...

Brake Bleeder Preference30 Nov 2007 04:15 GMT17
Pressure or vacuum type? How about the pump style pressure units with no
separate chamber for fluid?
I use an older KD pressure set-up but he doesn't like the price. I
figure the folks on here might have a few options he could look at.

Any ideas where I can purchase the stepper motor's for the GM instrument
clusters. Have a 04 Trailblazer here with a failed speedo stepper. Soldered
in the temp stepper in place of speedo, same part # for all gauges in
cluster, but now no temp gauge. Drove it around with GPS unit ...
What's your discount threshold?29 Nov 2007 17:02 GMT2
Here's my question: assuming you have to pay a 5% sales tax in a new
vehicle, what's the maximum percent of the sticker you would be willing
to pay for a new Silverado or Colorado 4X4 truck?
Specifically: if you wanted to buy a Chevy truck with a sticker price of
Brake warning lamp behavior28 Nov 2007 22:15 GMT8
I have a 96 S10 4X4. The ABS has been broken for the last 5 years. IT
appears that the ABS warning lamp has finally burnt out. But...now the Brake
warning lamp is on.
My question: IF the ABS warning lamp burns out, is the ECU smart enough to

Finding Electric Car Batteries28 Nov 2007 19:16 GMT3
The battery is one of the most important elements to any electric car,
as it is this which makes it run. Electric vehicles use electric
motors and motor controllers instead of internal combustion engines,
as other vehicles do. Many electric cars are actually capable of

2003 Trailblazer right side/passenger heater not working27 Nov 2007 20:49 GMT1
My wife owns a 2003 Chevy Trailblazer. She noticed the other day that
the light on the right side (passenger) was not illuminating. Now she
says that there is no hot air blowing out (or even the fan) on the
right side.
Remove/replace a wiper arm26 Nov 2007 04:47 GMT2
Do I need a special tool to remove a wiper arm from a 1999 Chevy 3500?
The washer nozzle on mine is broken: GM wants $41. I'm thinking of looking
in a junk yard for an arm with washer hose and nozzles on it.
Will I be able to pry the arm off with a small pry bar or claw hammer?
1987 Chevy R10 horn location26 Nov 2007 02:10 GMT6
I recently purchased a 1987 Chevy R10 truck to fix up.  It seems to me
someone removed the horn, so I can't even tell where it might have
been when it was there.  Does anyone know where the horn is located on
an 1973 - 1987 Chevy truck?  If I know where it should be, I might
Snowman----Master Idiot? or Master Troll?25 Nov 2007 02:28 GMT26
Gentlemen,
I see only two possibilities here.
Either the Snowman is truly a clueless, ignorant buffoon
worthy of much pity who is actually trying to help people with their auto
