Can anyone help with 78 K10 stereo installation?31 Jan 2008 05:19 GMT5
Does any aftermarket company make any products that ease the
installation of a shaftless or square hole type stereo in my 78 K10?
If not I guess I just stark hacking away to make the hole? What would
be the best method/tools to do this? I would like to retain the paint

I'm not impressed with the silverado that I just test drove- but the
price is pretty inviting.  the hybrid crap makes this vehicle a loser
compared to my present silverado
so can i take this extra crap out of the hybrid??

We replaced the transmission with one from a 2006 silverado.  Wiring
is all the same the only thing we had to change was the park, neutral
position switch.  The problem we have is the trans will not up shift

I have a 1984 Chevy 4WD, 1500. Auto transmission.
I've never had any problems with the truck except for normal
maintenance.
When I pulled from the house today the transmission when it started

I just had a LOF and the turn switch assembly changed on my 98 Jimmy, the
mechanic asked what I was going to do with it since I have 115K miles.
I told I was going to run it as long as I could until it became more money
