I'm told that in order for my GM 5 year/100,000

Where / how do you clean your truck?06 May 2008 16:58 GMT1
This may sound like a stupid question, but...
I have only been mudding with my truck once, and it was clay mud.  I had to
pressure wash the bottom of the truck, take the rims off to blast off the
mud inside, and when I was done, had to shovel the several wheelbarrow loads

reverse, still would not engage, I gave it some gas ...
drawbacks of a 2WD05 May 2008 05:03 GMT13
I'm thinking about replacing my 1995 Tahoe 4X4 with a newer 2 wd.  Since
I only use the 4wd for the occasional snow that we have I wonder why not
a 2wd?  I'm thinking less maintenance and better gas mileage  when I tow.

the vehicle "hops" or feels like its bouncing up and down slightly.

Sometimes it tries to start, then just turns. The next day just turns
over.
99 Suburban K1500 - No Start - Fuel Pump ?01 May 2008 02:38 GMT6
It's dark and raining here.  My 1999 Suburban K1500 is stuck in a
parking lot a few miles down the road and it will not start.  It
cranks just fine and the lights are nice and bright.  There is no hint
of the engine firing even a single cylinder.  My wife says there was
