How do you know if its a power regulator or the motor?  My drivers door
window will roll down about 1/2 an inch to 1" then stop.  If I wait a while
and do it again it will roll down a bit farther.  Going up is really bad.
Is this the motor or the regulator?  I can get a used one ...

my trucks fuel sensor looks like it is going flaky.
the fuel gauge bounces back between empty, 1/4 full, and half empty and
the trip odo is at 200 miles.  it normally gets the red light empty
