2000 Blazer paint code?29 Sep 2008 01:57 GMT2
I know the touch-up paint code is supposed to be inside the glove box, but
there is a sticker with probably 30 numbers.  How do I identify which is for
the body color?   The body color is white.
How to trouble shoot wipers28 Sep 2008 17:52 GMT2
My wipers are working intermittenly, how to determine if it is the stalk or
the motor?  Neither the wipers or the fluid squirt will work, but the cruise
control does work.  This is on a 91 Silverado.

Yes, on my '88 GMC Suburban the right side top headlamp is very dim. Tried a
new one, and the same thing.
Also the right side blinker was blinking fast..changed out rear lamp and was
working fine. Then today, I tried turn signal again. No blinking now. Well,

Will Obama continue affirmative action?26 Sep 2008 21:27 GMT2
Will Obama continue Americas racist policies?
After all, affirmative action is a racist policy. Any system that
gives preference because of black skin color is racist.
Blacks are given points because of skin color. If this was
Wiring for trailer26 Sep 2008 00:35 GMT8
I've got a 2003 Silverado 1500LD that I'm getting ready to wire
for a trailer.  Owner's manual states there's a plug that I can
just connect an adapter to.  Shows it tucked up under the bumper.
It's not there.  There's a harness of sorts with plugs that go to
99 Surban fuel pump noise24 Sep 2008 22:06 GMT8
When the truck is running there is a constnat high pitched whine from
the rear end. Might be a fuel pump. I've got 124K miles and wondering if
this is getting ready to go out or can this go on for year. Basically,

Differential question22 Sep 2008 02:02 GMT3
I just found out, doing an all-fluids change myself, that the rear
differential on my '04 Z71 Avalanche (4.10 locker) has been 2 quarts low
since I've had it....which is 26 months now. No leaks or seeps anywhere on
the diff. Lest I be accused of lack of due diligence, I took it to ...
99 Suburban Pinion Nut Loose21 Sep 2008 22:17 GMT3
My Suburban has a noise after a quick stop where the rear end sets down.
There is like a bump noise from the rear end. I'm wondering if it could
be the Gear ware (124K Miles) and can this be adjusted out by tightening
the pinion nut? If so what is the procedure.

Looking for a source for Metric Carriage Bolts19 Sep 2008 07:09 GMT4
I am having trouble finding what I would call a carriage bolt, it
looks just like a carriage bolt except that it has a spline round
shape under the head instead of a square shape that is usually under
the head of a carriage bolt. The round shoulder under the head is a
99 Suburban Oil Pressure18 Sep 2008 16:58 GMT1
The truck gets between 40 and 60 PSI when moving. After warm up at Idle
its 22 PSI. Is it time to change the Oil pump? If so, is a standard off
the shelf sufficient or should I get a high volume pump? I mostly drive
like grand maw rarely getting above 2500 RPMs! I do need to take ...
1989 S10 Blazer Tailgate Lock Replacement18 Sep 2008 16:48 GMT3
It appears someone tried to break into the tailgate on my 1989 S10 Blazer
and now the lock handle is disconnected from the lock cylinder. The handle
is loose and doesn't pull on the latches to open the tailgate. I can still
open the window via the switch on the dash. How easy is ...
