Jeep Rear wiper sticking31 Aug 2004 23:59 GMT1
Has anyone had a similar problem? Is there a common reason (other than
the engine getting ready to give up the ghost?).
Horsepower variability?31 Aug 2004 19:41 GMT6
How much will HP vary from block to block on the factory? I only ask
because occasionally you get a car that just seems faster than its
brethren. My '97 Intrepid really has some pickup, even competing well
(down low) with some of the 300M's.

I have a 2000 Dodge Caravan with the 3.0 l engine.
When does the timing belt have to be changed?

2000 Town and country backfires during acceleration31 Aug 2004 14:02 GMT4
My 2000 TC backfires during acceleration, especially hill
climbing. The pop seems to come from under engine. The van has been well
maintained and has 52k mi. I'm thinking maybe
plugs( still has original plugs) or maybe the plug wires.
97 Neon value31 Aug 2004 11:02 GMT13
Last year my wife put a grand total of 800 km on her 97 Plymouth Neon 2
door 5 speed. Since she makes so little use of the car, we want to sell
it, but are having trouble finding what a reasonable asking price would
be. Total of 50,000 km on the odometer; the body has a few minor ...

Loose Gas Cap does the MIL reset itself?30 Aug 2004 23:56 GMT4
2000 Dodge Caravan 3.3l had a loose gas cap and set the MIL light.
At least I *think* that's what it was since the cap was loose and the
engine seems to be running fine.
Anyone know for certain if the MIL goes out after a certain number of
Is the Anti-theft device defective????30 Aug 2004 21:05 GMT2
I have an anti-theft device on my PT Cruiser. You must turn on the headlights
to start the engine. Every now and then, even with the headlights on, there is
no cranking. Everything else works. And there's a lot of noise, clicking from
either under the dash or in the engine ...
96 Caravan lights - weird problems30 Aug 2004 15:40 GMT1
In my 1996 Caravan, I've noticed a strange, intermittent problem:
sometimes, the front signal lights flicker between the high/low filament for
no reason.... driving down the highway, the bright filament remains lit
always. I guess this is the Canadian model's version of daytime ...
92 Caravan 3.3L will not start30 Aug 2004 12:29 GMT7
Bought a used 92 Dodge Caravan 3.3 and started having problems with it
cutting off at stop lights and going into curves when I let off the gas.
Well whatever was going bad went bad and now the vehicle will not
start.  The engine will turn over, but there is no power to coil ...
2000 Grand Voyager SE 3.3L will not start - Only makes various clicking sounds30 Aug 2004 12:03 GMT1
This past Friday, my wife went out to go to work. She tried to start the
van and all she heard was clicking sounds. I checked & cleaned the
battery connections, checked the ground wire and all the fuses. The
battery checks out as 12 volts and it will hold the charge. When I turn
Re: VW now requires Synthetic Oils for the Turbo 1.8 liter 4 cylinder 30 Aug 2004 01:40 GMT1
There's a reason why your oil is being "cooked".
The TURBO is cooled by the oil and this is a serious design flaw.  The
TURBO should be cooled by WATER!
Early Chrysler products equipped with turbos were water cooled (AirGarrett)
Quality transmissions in pt cruiser, still?29 Aug 2004 13:05 GMT7
The auto tranny "imploded"-(dealers words, not mine) in my 2002 pt
cruiser base. @ what mileage you ask????.........a mere 40,000 my
friends. my question is, has chrysler begun using something better
than the mitsubishi trannies? in the 2005's?, or are we all awaiting
Bad convertible top replacement job29 Aug 2004 05:50 GMT2
Ok, I bit the bullet, and spent $1194.62 on a new convertible top and back
window for my 1991 LeBaron. I 'interviewed' the installer for almost 45 minutes
a week before they did the job. I wanted the job done right. I was 'assured'
that I would get the best top and the best ...
