| Brake dust question | 03 Sep 2004 17:01 GMT | 16 |
I have a 2003 Caravan, which I got recently with only 23,000 km. I have never had a vehicle that produced front brake dust like this. Within two hours of driving the front wheels are black. I haven't gotten into the brakes to see if there is an issue, but I seem to

| '92 Voyager 3.3 idles rough sometimes | 03 Sep 2004 16:02 GMT | 9 |
I bought it used from a seemingly anal dude who took extreemly good care of it. It has about 200,000 kilometers, burns (no / hardly any) oil and usually purrs like a kitten. Once in a while it starts idling very roughly. After quite a while it settles down again and is fine. Any ...

| SUDDENLY-AM radio ignition noise! | 03 Sep 2004 04:42 GMT | 1 |
I had my battery tested the other day, it registered as being good. But I noticed the positive terminal and post was quite corroded. I removed the terminal, mixed water and baking soda and poured it on the posts and the battery to neutralize the buildup. I then cleaned the post and ...

Hi, I'm hoping someone could help. I was hearing this low rumble coming from the front of the car just before the brakes stopped the car, and thought it was a broke up brake pad. Well, the pads are OK but the inside of the drivers side rim was coated with old,

| 2001 PT Engine Light | 03 Sep 2004 03:22 GMT | 7 |
My PT Cruiser is 3 1/2 years old with just over 18,000 miles. During the time I have owned it the engine light has come on 3-4 times. It was not blinking, just steady on. I have attributed this to bad gas or condensation in the line since the dealer said "don`t worry if it is not

| 95 neon clutch peddle isolation? | 02 Sep 2004 01:57 GMT | 3 |
Any one have any ideas on how hard it would be to isolate the clutch peddle in order for it not to be grounded to the body of the car. The car does not have to be drivable. The plan is to run a 4 gauge wire from spark plug wire #1 to the

Has anyone had the issue with the blower motor staying on high speed? Had this happen the other day, unit was working fine with the fan in manual mode. Stopped the car for a short errand and started the car and the blower immediately went into high speed. No change from the speed

| Re: '73 Dodge van steering wheel play? | 01 Sep 2004 17:09 GMT | 1 |
From Nomen Nescio: Those old steering gears had adjustments to take the play out. Sometimes wear makes it impossible to adjust: If the center is worn, then taking up the slack sometimes causes binding off center. The best bet is to take it

| Daylight running lights module-91 caravan | 01 Sep 2004 05:21 GMT | 1 |
I would appreciate if anyone could tell me a location of DRLM in 91 Caravan. My lights stay on even with the ignition key removed and the only two ways to turn them off is to pull out the fuse or pull out the connector. Thanks, Martin

| Chrysler Reliability?.. | 01 Sep 2004 05:07 GMT | 33 |
Hey all, Back in 1995, my wife and I bought a Neon - the first Chrysler product in my family in 2 generations (primarily we were a GM family). A fun, cheap car that was a PITA until we got rid of it. Electric

| Help! Need help choosing "tune-up" parts. | 01 Sep 2004 03:20 GMT | 1 |
I posted earlier about a (dealer) $115 labor charge for changing the spark plugs in my 2001 PT, and $75 for changing the power steering fluid. The shop I've been dealing with for the past 30 some years quotes $48 for the plug change, and $60 for the PS fluid. Why do I need to ...
