replacing brake lines23 Jan 2005 09:28 GMT4
I just helped a friend replace her right rear brake steel brake line on her
93 caravan.  I tried to get a factory piece from chrysler but they said that
I have to bend the lines.
So instead of paying the dealership big money for their brake lines I just
1990 Dodge Grand Caravan Cruise Control very aggressive23 Jan 2005 02:34 GMT3
I've got a 1990 Dodge Grand Caravan with the 3.3L V6 engine.  The
cruise control has always been very aggressive on this van - if it
starts loosing any speed at all, it will downshift and practically
floor the gas.  Every other car I've driven has been much more gentle
Dodge Stratus A/C - can't heat up 199823 Jan 2005 00:24 GMT2
I have a 98 Dodge Stratus and it's not that cold where I am, but I
haven't had this car in the winter before this winter. I would like to
ask anyone if this problem has ever arisen - it takes some time for my
heater to heat up. It won't get hotter if the car is idle either. The

Caravan Error Code22 Jan 2005 14:24 GMT1
My 1999 3.3L Caravan seems to run well but fuel usage has increased. I found
instructions on the web that enabled me to display error codes on the
electronic odometer but Its not clear what they mean. The codes are 23 and
55, and that seems to indicate a bad temperature sensor in ...
How can I tell if a Durango has side air bags?22 Jan 2005 14:14 GMT2
I'm looking at buying a 2002 or 2003 Dodge Durango and want the side
air bag option. When I ask if a given Durango has side air bags, I keep
getting the runaround from used car salesmen; I don't think they even
know. Is there an easy way to tell if the side air bags are present or
85 turbo - coughs on heavy accel load22 Jan 2005 13:06 GMT30
My 1985 lebaron Town and Country convertible runs fine around town, no
idling problems, good get up and go.  Only problem is if I happen to
have to really push the motor, like trying to accelerate up a steep
grade too quickly, or pass somebody and almost floor it, the motor will
Chrysler 1975 rebate amount22 Jan 2005 00:46 GMT8
"Buy a car, get a check!" urged Joe Garagiola during the 1975
Superbowl. Did anyone actually take advantage of this offer? How much
was it?
'96 INTREPID FRONT END NOISE, HELP PEASE.21 Jan 2005 23:32 GMT2
Can anyone shed some light on the strange noise I have coming from the front
end driver side "occassionally" on my Intrepid.  It's normally first thing
in the morning , particularly when cold as I move the steering wheel back
and forth. After a few minutes on the road it dissapears. ...
99 Intrepid engine noise21 Jan 2005 22:07 GMT4
I'm hearing a rather obvious noise under the top of engine, sounds like
lifters?  A clicking or tapping noise that goes with the revs of the engine.
Thought at first it might be the timing chains, but wouldn't that noise come
from the front?  Anyway, wondering what might be and ...
HELP Neon Clutch21 Jan 2005 19:20 GMT21
Ok, as per my previous posting, I had the clutch cable snap on my yesturday.
Shouldn't be a big deal changing it, right?
After calling around about a a few Dodge dealers, (cable is considered a
dealer part by everyone I taked to) I managed to locate on within 100miles.
300C order problems21 Jan 2005 16:56 GMT7
I ordered a 300C on September 20th, 2004, and it still is in BX status
(hasn't been made).  Not only that but they won't give me any sort of
an estimate.  The only thing that really ticks me off is that the
salesmen told me it would be 6 to 8 weeks.  Here I am now on week
Dodge Ram sales under additional pressure from new Honda Ridgeline20 Jan 2005 23:10 GMT2
Earlier this month the Financial Times (UK) reported that yet another non-US
manufacturer (Honda) is having a crack at the US  pick-up truck market.
Of course you all know this, but what I thought interesting is that the
Detroit Big 3 still have more  than 71% "light truck" market ...
