When changing a snapped timing belt in this engine, does the harmonic
balancer have to come off? Also, what did Chrysler use as gasket material?
And, lastly, are there any "tricks" one should know of to make the job
easier and more accurate?

I have those flip-up headlight covers on my car. They won't stay up anymore
& when I drive over a bump, the covers fall down covering my lights up!!!

On my ES the headlamp switch seems to have a light in it that illuminates
through the panel that holds the switch.  On my Sport, there is no light.
Is this a function of the light switch and it could possibly be a defective
switch on the Sport ?
