Checked my G/f's oil in her 2000 Dodge Neon and it had an unmistakeable gasoline smell...What do you think could cause this?? Bad injector seals? Worn Piston rings?? It has an in-tank fuel pump, no mechanical. Anyone please help!!!

The factory battery (which died suddenly yesterday) in my 2002 Grand Caravan has an insulating wrap around it that looks like bubble wrap. What is that and does that get disposed of with the old battery or removed from the old battery and put on the new battery?
