Breaking:  Ford Fusion sales spiking, DC off another 3.2%09 Nov 2006 17:55 GMT17
After a really bad introduction, there appears to be a glimmer of hope
for FoMoCo.  Reports on CNBC and in the press are, and are confirmed
by sitings locally, that sales of the mid-sized Ford Fusion are
starting to take off like a rocket.  Sales for the compact Focus are
93 3.0 V-6 GRAND CARAVAN ENGINE OIL LEAKS--IS THIS NORMAL ??09 Nov 2006 01:43 GMT4
The side of the engine where the starter is located sure is wet with
oil--is this typical?  Van has 116,000 miles on it.  Any suggestions as
to where the leak may be coming from and how to fix it?
Thanks in advance.
replacement T&C headrest09 Nov 2006 00:09 GMT3
Somehow I lost a headrest for my 01 T&C.  Anyone have a recomendation for
where to buy parts like this other than the Chrysler dealer?  I haven't
called the dealer yet and expect the price to be ridiculous.
Thanks,
Steering wheel wiggles on my Town & Country08 Nov 2006 11:59 GMT42
I have a 97 AWD T&C.  242,000 miles (yes, you read that right).  Great
vehicle.  Just recently, the steering wheel is having a bit of back and
forth.  At moderate speeds, neither acceleration nor deceleration seems
to make it worse.  It just does it.
What engine needed special low coking oil?07 Nov 2006 08:39 GMT7
Hey gang.  I was reading this group a few months back, and I remember a
discussion coming up about a certain Chrysler engine having problems with
the timing idler coking up, and breaking the timing belt/chain.
I have searched for it on Goggle, but I can't come up with any results ...

94 dodge caravan timing marks06 Nov 2006 19:14 GMT1
hope someone can help.  I'm trying to get the timing marks right on my
94 caravan.  I've positioned both cams and crank pulleys to their
respective marks.  Fitting the timing belt I have found that the front
mark on the cam pulley(distributor) is out by half a tooth.  I've

1998 Voyager Oil Light & Gas Gauge06 Nov 2006 16:30 GMT5
Here we go again.  I thought that the Gremlins in the Gauges
disappeared when spring and warm weather came.  But the cold weather is
back, and the gauges (idiot lights) are acting up again.
Gas Gauge: Worked fine all summer.  Last night I filled the tank for

98 caravan 2.4 head gasket oil leak05 Nov 2006 00:33 GMT1
I have a 98 caravan with the 2.4 four cylinder engine that recently
started leaking oil from the original head gasket. The van has only 41k
miles on it which is why it hadn't leaked before now. I understand
chrysler had a secret warranty on this problem, but I called chrysler
