Does the 3.2 have main crossbolts through the oil pan?

Hi to all in group, I have a 97 grand voyager 3.3 and 70,000 mi. and its had
most all the services done me including the tranny services with the proper
chrylsler atf#3. My tranny has a high speed whine at about 65mph+ and no
other problems leaks etc, shifts smooth but my ...

I have a 99 RanVan with 3.9, no owners manual.  Haynes says all full
size vans use 5 qts oil.  This one, with filter change, shows over full
with 4 qts.  Is this normal?

My convertible top is broken. A bar broke on it. I have searched the web
and I can't seem to find the name of this part. All I know is its a bar
that connects it as a gear. Without that part my top is stuck down! I
fear rain at this point anyone know what its called?

I need with wire clips that hold the top on the air cleaner
box for a 1984 Plymouth Reliant - a lot of models will work.
I can't find anything.  I can't even find some suitable wire
to make my own.

I have a late '90s Voyager on which the transmission sometimes does
