!999 Chrysler LHS codes16 Sep 2007 02:06 GMT7
This afternoon I was thrilled (not) to see my Check Engine light come
on, and then find that the transmission was not shifting correctly: it
will not shift up but the low gears and reverse are OK. The car has
about 100K on it, and was running just fine until the CE light came on. ...
"Change power steering fluid? We've never done that."15 Sep 2007 17:13 GMT9
Looking at the recommended maintenance schedule for our '02 300M, I
noticed that it was recommended to change the power steering fluid at
48K miles (now past on our vehicle). The service adviser at our 5-Star
dealership looked it up and said, "You're right: it is recommended, but ...
'93 Grand Voyager ATF and rough shifts15 Sep 2007 03:44 GMT2
The easy part. Should I fill my tranny with ATF+4 or search for +3? It seems
most of the local places only have +4 now. It's a '93 Grand Voyager 3.0L, 3
speed auto (A670 I would imagine), 203k kms.
The harder part. This tranny has always had hard upshifts, especially when
95 concorde 3.514 Sep 2007 18:39 GMT3
I like this car pretty well. It has 117K on it and runs well. The valve
covers leak pretty bad. Is it worth fixing? Can I get another 20K on it?
Thanks for your advice.

Hello:)  I have a 94 montero with the famous 3.0 mitsu/chry engine.

valve cover are 2 metal ports that look like pcv valves but are built
Which scan tool to get for 98 Chrysler T&C?13 Sep 2007 19:02 GMT5
Looking to get a scan tool for a 98 Chrysler Town and Country (suspect
intermittent bcm but that is another post) but one that you know works for
this vehicle. I do not have a laptop so it would have to be the handheld
type. Looking at spending $100-130.00. Thanks to all that ...
Dash speaker12 Sep 2007 18:19 GMT5
Hello.  The driver's side dash speaker on my '98 Caravan does not
always work.  I checked the back of the radio and everything is where
it should be.  Is the next step removing the dash to remove the
speaker?  How is this done?

Why does PT foglight come on with right turn signal?10 Sep 2007 11:13 GMT35
Recently when I put the RIGHT turn signal on, the foglight comes on. I
assume it comes on, because the instrument panel foglight indicator
comes on. Doesn't do it on a LEFT turn signal. Any ideas? I know how
to turn the foglights on and off. The handle is pushed in to the OFF
2004 Concorde 3.2 lt LXi09 Sep 2007 15:07 GMT2
Car is overheating (temperature gauge in red) even though antifreeze
is full and not bubling when I stop and open hood. Could it be the
thermostat?
Rad Repair 98 Intrepid 2.709 Sep 2007 14:07 GMT12
I seem to have a leak Front Passenger side, drips on the horn, sometimes
does sometimes doesn't. Minimum loss of fluid, no overheating to speak of.
Checked hoses etc.
Question is : I understand it is a plastic radiator (!!!) can this be fixed

I have a 2005 Dodge Caravan with about 39k miles. This past week the
power locks suddenly stopped working while all other electrical
components appear to be working fine. I looked through the owners
manual and could not find any conclusive information on the location
49 Chrysler with no compression09 Sep 2007 02:28 GMT47
I recently pulled my uncle's 1949 chrysler Royal out of storage.  It
was sitting for 27 years in the garage...  anyway, aside from the
wiring being totally useless and in need of replacement, the only
problem i have is the engine has no compression.   I have put marvel
