Strangely, I've had a problem with the radio simillar to the problem with the car, about 3 times. It's a 95 LeBAron with a 94, 95, or 96 stock Chrysler radio but from a different Chrysler, AmFmStereo Cassette. Black finish.

My first wife took everything including my hearing. So I need to be on top of a noise to hear it. When I opened the hood with the engine running, I could hear a constant low level buzzing noise.

They are easier to modify and improve. Case in point: I'm driving my company's van and had a tailgator issue. Now the fix for tailgating is a simple mod, you put a solenoid on a tap from the transmisssion cooler and run it to the exhaust
