Where is the pollen filter located on a Citroen Xsara 1.4 2001 model?

I am having problems with my C3's child locks. Every time I start the
engine, they seem to forget whether they should be on or not, and make a
random decision about what to do. Sometimes they come on, sometimes they

Looking at a different XM in need of a paint 'blow over'. This would be a
full body job so, what sort of ballpark figure should I budget for this?
