My 1995 Xantia has a keypad based anti theft device fitted. This has stopped working ie you can put the code in but it will not allow the car to start. Does anyone know how to bypass or disable these devices.

I have a 1993 Citroen XM Break. The rear foglamps and rear screen washer have stopped working. Fuses are ok. Haynes shows the systems use relays. No clicking noise can be heard. Does anyone know where they are located. If on the rear of the fusebox, exactly which ones are they?
