Thanks to the discussion here about vegetable oil a Xsara HDi has
received a 50% mix.

Would anyone know what type of A/C refrigerant is used in a 1988 Citroen
CXA? There is no info in the owner's manual or the repair manual--just says

Vehicle is berlingo multispace diesel (not hdi)
I want to be able to turn my radio on without the ignition being on. I know
it will kill the battery but I'm evetually planning on replacing it with a
pc.

    I got my BX gearbox repaired last week. The machanic had to
disassemble several parts of the hidraulic system. Now that I have the car
back, it seems as its got Antisink! It used to go down in a couple of hours,

What is the usual reason for the ABS light coming on in a 99 2.0hdi Xant
estate?  I can confirm that the ABS actually has packed up following road
testing in the wet earlier this evening.

I've got a facelift model Citreon Xsara, which had an aftermarket (Witter)
towbar fitted until recently.
I've been obliged to remove the towbar (long story), plus associated wiring

i have a 97 xantia td estate,the prob is it has a valve to keep the
suspension up over nite but since having a new hydrholic pipe on
whenever i start it the suspension drops to bottom  setting then re
rises to the correct hight but if i stop the engine the  susp will stay

I have a Citroen C3 Desire, 53 Reg. I have a recurring problem where the
Engine Management Fault light on the instrument panel keeps coming on and
the engine's power disappears. My dealer tells me they've fixed it, but it
happens again. Is anyone else having this problem?

hi as anyone had a prob with a front susp strut failing on a xantia 1.9 d m
reg.
mine failed just after doing a left turn thankfully not at speed, resulting
in the strut forcing up the bonnet, which thankfully held the strut in place

friend who both run Xants on oil.

Can anyone help with a problem my son has with his car. Once it starts to
heat up, every time he puts his foot on the clutch it makes a horrible
grinding noise. When he takes his foot off the clutch it stops. Then
sometimes when he accelerates it comes back. He has a saxo. Not sure ...
