Can anyone tell me where the Brake Light Fuse for a 90 Dakota is

My 1994 Dodge Ram has a squeeky (rubber) sound in the front end. I believeit'd
the stablizer bushings.
I squirted them with WD40 but it hasn't helped.
Should/can I replace the bushings or is there a rubber lubricant I can get?
