installing OEM fog lights06 Sep 2004 07:26 GMT2

light kits for the 04 Ram trucks?  Also, I though I could skip ...

My A/C - Heater Control works on the #4 High position only. I am assuming
the problem is a faulty Blower Motor Resistor Block.
1.  Where is this Resistor Block located?
2.  Is it easily replaced?
