T-bone, Political Analyst & Commentator04 Oct 2004 12:21 GMT5
T-bone fancies himself as somewhat of a political analyst and
commentator of sorts, which is why he started the political
B.S. in this group by posting the comment about his hero
Kerry.   Why?   Well  ole Bonehead, errrr T-bone just finished

My Daughter has a 1990 D-150 pickup, the drivers side wiper has quit,
passenger side still works . The motor is good and I can see by
looking into the cowl grill that the rod to the drivers side has come
off the wiper assy.
1996 Dodge Grand Caravan downshifts at high speeds by itself -- why?03 Oct 2004 01:09 GMT6
I have had this problem ever since I bought this van except that it
didn't happen frequently enough for me to notice it, but this weekend
on my way to Santa Barbara while travelling at 70mph, the thing
downshifted! The only way I can correct this problem is to pull over

My Ram's exhaust01 Oct 2004 20:41 GMT8
I bought a 99 Ram last year. V8 4X4 quad cab.  First Dodge I have ever
owned. It has a dual exhaust system, and it sounds rough and mean...
actually it ends up being a dual system but comes off the engine as one
pipe and then splits into two pipes near the middle of the truck.

'96 Dakota - Windows resonating?01 Oct 2004 05:19 GMT1
Anyone ever hear of this problem?
I just picked up the sweetest '96 Dakota club cab with a real nice
Leer canopy.  No problems, I even hassled the dealer until he replaced
the front brakes before I bought it.

Aftermarket Catalytic Converters?01 Oct 2004 02:32 GMT5
Given the well documented problems with Dodge catalytic converters, I
was wondering if anyone had any experience or thoughts on aftermarket
replacements, such as the Fat Catz high flow cats being sold on Ebay.
I've read a thread or two on this list that make me wonder if it's
Dodge, Freightliner and DETROIT DIESEL??01 Oct 2004 01:11 GMT11
Since Mercedes Merged with Chrysler and Mercedes has some ties
(merged?) with Freightliner, and Freightliner has Detroit Diesel as a
subsidiary, does that mean I'll be able to get a Detroit 8V92 in my
2006 Dodge Ram?  (Not that I'd want to . . . )
