Tranny or exhaust noise?16 Oct 2004 16:17 GMT4
I am the proud new owner of a 1998 1500 Ram 4x4.  The truck has low

I have a 99 Dakota V8, 5.2L, Auto Trans, Air Cond, Club Cab.  I thought

The heat output used to be excellent (usually the heater put out so much

My 99 Quad cab will start and run if you keep your foot on the gas but if
you lift your foot to go to idle speed the engine stops.  You can restart
the truck but the same thing happens.
Any thoughts on what the problem is ?

I listened with interest to the debate on letting the drugs come in from

P.S fluid15 Oct 2004 02:04 GMT9
Is there a specific power steering fluid for a 98 Dodge Dakota?  I don't
know jack about Power steering fluid cause I've never needed it, but I
discovered this afternoon that my truck had none and is producing an
incredibly annoying whine and I can't find my owner's manual.

With the debate tonight having a live audience of "undecided" voters, Candidate
John Kerry is having a difficult time deciding whether to be up on the stage
