   Today, part of my plan was to fluch and fill the radiator.  I let it
go 3 1/2 years, and figured it was time to get off my dead behind and do it.
    So I start crawling around under there, and I'll be damned if I
could find petcock!  How hard could this be, I'm thinking?  ...

A mechanic twisted off #7 spark plug on my '96 Dodge Ram 1500,  5.7
Liter V-8. (Furthest back on left, and obstructed by master cylinder,
vacuum chamber, steering column, and several brake-lines. At least
it sloped forward, instead of rearward). He then sent me on my way to

'90 dodge W250 cummins 246,000K..............when I roll the driver's window
down, the window moves until I release the switch...then it won't move
again...maybe 5 minutes later..maybe 10-it'll work again.
can these motors 'trip' & reset themselves ????

Help with Hemi and 5-45RFE 5 speed auto tow/haul mode?05 Oct 2004 18:32 GMT6
Anyone have the Hemi with the 5-45RFE 5 speed transmission?  I can't
figure out what the tow/haul mode is really supposed to do.  It does nto
appear to lock out 5th.  Here is what happens.
Begin driving up steep mountain grade at about 70mph.

Thermostat died and replaced it. Now temperature gauge fluctuates from
normal down, especially when first turning the heater on. The heater runs
inconsistently - sometimes fairly hot and sometimes not. The heater was
never great in the Dakota but was better. Pretty sure I've bled ...
