I am going to change my fuel filter this weekend, and wondering if there are
any extra needed tools to change it? It is a 2003 Dodge Ram 1500.
Can I just take the old filter out and install the new one? Seems like i
would have to rebuild the pressure?

I just had a Webasto Blue Heat diesel fired heater installed on my '02 Dodge
Cummins 2500 pick up last week. It puts out 17,000 btu's, which does a nice
job warming the engine and cab. The past 2 winters when down around 20 below

I just bought this 2000 Dodge Dakota 4WD/4.7L truck at an auction.
When the headlights are not on, the bright indicator lamp is lit.  I
was assuming this was for daytime running lights.
However, the indicator lamp stays on even when the truck is turned off.

Just in the event you did not know they now have a computer reflash
for the 04 cummins ho 600 diesel.  It has dramatically increased the
perforomance of my truck and has give me approxamately 2 mpg increase
on the highway.  I own a 04 3500 Laramie quad cab dually 4x4 3.73 rear

I have recently been advised that it is not a good idea to place a screen
over the grille of my Cummins Diesel.   I would appreciate hearing from the
experts on this subject.

I have been thinking of getting a 2500 Ram diesel.  Some owners have told me
about a lot of trouble with the fuel pump.  Has anyone else had any problems
with the pump.  Also is there any other down side or other problems to the
diesel, besides been more expense to do oil changes.
