In the event the fuel cap comes loose, what effect does this have on
the engine. There is a little note that near the cap that it will
turn on the engine service light. I was on my way down town and was
going to refuel any way. Still had about a eighth of a tank. The

My back up lights quit working altogether, bulbs are both good.  This week
we have had quite a bit of rain, and now my back up lights are on all the
time, even when key is off.  How do I trouble shoot this problem?

I saw these on a site a few years ago. Don't remember where though. You drop
the plow down on these and you can push it wherever you want. If I can't
find them I suppose the ones for a car or truck can be made to work.

Was looking for the plug for the block heater and can't find it. Looked on
the invoice and it isn't listed. I think I just might have overlooked
something. Can't believe it doesn't come with one, but that looks like the
case.

Does anyone happen to know a part #/exact name for the exterior weather
strip moulding that goes on the bottom edge of the door window opening?

Does anyone have one of these?
I have not been able to find one to test drive, so any thoughts or
informaiton would be appreciated.  Would like to know if the shifting
is smooth and sure, what the performace is like (esp. vs. the auto

When at idle for a while you will hear air blowing or sucking and it wants
to shut off the truck will idle low but will not shut off as i give it gas
it hesitates then all of a sudden it goes. Please help

Has any one heard of a DC recall on Ram wheels made of aluminum? Some one at
the local Royal Farm store said they a breaking around the lug nuts.

Thanks to those who replied to my posting about removing the transmission
line.
New problem.  Fortunately this occured BEFORE I dropped the pan.
I went to Dodge and picked up my ATF.  I told them I own a 2000 Dakota R/T
