I replaced the gas filler neck on my 1999 dakota. Now, for some reason I can't pump gas into it without the gas pump nozzel shutting off. The new filler neck is identical to the old one. The only way to get gas in is to go very slow. What's wrong. Is there a check valve somewhere in

The 2002 Dakota has a hell of a bounce in the backend when going over potholes or bad roadways. Almost lost control today on a highway doing 60 MPH. I hit a bad stretch of road.

I have a 2001 Ram Pickup1500. According to the Service Manual there are a number of splices in the Left Side frame rail in the rear. But all I find is a large wire bundle that is taped around. Somewhat square in shape and about 10" long. Is this the location of the splices?
