Thinking of trading in my '99 Dakota Sport (V6) for a new '05 RAM 1500 Quad Cab 4x2 Hemi (Sport appearance group/look). Saw some last night at the dealer and with the employee discount and other discounts the hole in the pocket would be about $22k.

V8 318, 5 speed manual, has heavy duty rear end, not the typical smaller one. Limited slip/sure-grip too. I can't figure this one out. The truck makes noise, like a howling sound I suppose, and it sounds like it's coming from the rear end to

I've got a 96 Ram with 110,000 K on it that I'll be using to pull a small trailer some 6,000 K in October/November. Have been worring somewhat about the age of my hoses. Should I replace some or all?

| 2003 Ram 1500 Pickup Brakes Don't Release? | 22 Aug 2005 22:59 GMT | 2 |
I'll describe this symptom as best I can: When moving at 10 MPH or less, and turning to the left (either slightly to the left or sharply to the left), particularly when pulling away from a stop and turning to the left, I get a "shuddering" vibration

| 2003 2500 Ram OEM hitch welded?? | 22 Aug 2005 16:26 GMT | 7 |
I have an 8000 lb trailer with 1400 lbs of tongue weight. I tried lightening the tongue weight, but wasn't happy with the ride. I wanted to install an aftermarket class IV or V but every aftermarket hitch says it wont fit since the OEM is welded to the cross-member.
