I am getting a loud hissing from a rear port in the throttle body. Any ideas on the cause of this hissing? It is causing my 96 dodge 1500 v6 to start very hard. I restricted the air flow to this port upon one of the startups and it idled better. However it only worked on this one

| online tire seller? | 20 Aug 2005 21:50 GMT | 7 |
I'm planning on buying new tires for my 2001 Dakota before another wet winter sets up here in northern England. I've decided on Michelin LTX M/S tires, because of the reviews and apparently excellent lifetime. Since I'm posted overseas, I'd like to find some good online tire

OK here's the deal. I'm a Registered Nurse, not a mechanic, but I have a question. I have a 1995 Dodge Ram 1500 5.2 Magnum. I've got a Gibson dual exhaust connected that's pretty much rotting out.

I've noticed an increasing problem with brake dust on my 2001 Dak. Even after having new front rotors fitted, the dust still builds up fast on the front wheels. Seems to be happening on the back tires too - had the truck in for a slight 'feel' problem when braking, they said ...

I recently bought an '89 B250 with the port-injected 360 gas engine. The van is in nice shape, and seems to have plenty of pep. Problem is -- low oil pressure. I replaced the oil pump with a new hi-volume one, and installed a good mechanical oil pressure gauge. It would read ...

| Help! 79 Dodge Van will not run with coil wire inserted!!!!! | 19 Aug 2005 18:54 GMT | 7 |
My 360 V8 runs very well when I have a "gap" at the coil wire. It will not start when the coil wire is fully inserted, it runs great with about the coil wire pull out about 1/2" (the spark jumps about 1/2"). The gap can be at either the distributor cap or the coil.
