This is about the Lift Pump and Injector Pump on my '03 CTD HO. I don't have a FP gauge installed as yet and I have ~72 thousand miles so far. Power isn't what it used to be, but I can still haul a 5th wheel up the hill... just takes longer.

Okay, Bush has said the response has been slow and not enough. Going to send in the Marines and the 101'st and the 1st. Cav. Is the 1 Cav still air mobile? Or am I dating myself? Are any of these units air mobile, as in helicopters?

97 5.2 starts fine after sitting all night when its cool outside. However, on a warm night you gotta crank on it for 4 to 10 seconds first thing in the morning. After it starts, it re-starts with no problem, if its cool.

Over the last couple of months, the gearbox has gotten progressively stiffer and stiffer. At first it was only when cold, now it is difficult to shift between any gears. This crewcab 4x4 with the 4.7L and 5-spd box has about 65k miles. Has anyone dealt with this issue before? Any
