besides paying a bundle to have it replaced?

Upper ball joint removal 1990 dakota V613 Nov 2005 14:56 GMT4
I have a 1990 dodge Dakota, 195,000 miles. I have the upper right control
arm off with the upper ball joint still attached. Unsure how to remove it.
New ball joint looks to be threaded but not sure if it's a press fit. To

told to make an offer. Any of you lawn tractor guys know what this stuff
goes for used? Any info would help.
defroster/AC13 Nov 2005 08:13 GMT3
In my '97 Ram Van 2500, why does engaging the defroster seem to be activating the AC? I noticed
that using the defroster causes the freon pipe to be stone cold & causes much condensation to

heater/AC blower13 Nov 2005 00:40 GMT12
I have become really confused over this problem.  The heater blower in my
93 Dakota quit this past weekend.  Just before it quit, I smelled burning
plastic/rubber in the cab.  I figured the fan just burned up.
So, I replaced the fan.  Didn't fix the problem.

My 98 Ram 1500 5.9L has some dark brake fluid at 92,000 miles. When is a
good time to change the brake fluid (since I'm the second owner, it may have
been done already, but who knows?)?
Thanks,
