Belt Tensioner Assembly17 Apr 2006 17:23 GMT2
Anybody know if the tensioner assembly for the serp. belt on a 1991 Dodge
Dakota is the same for the 1992+ Dakotas? I've found one for the 1992 - 2003
but can't find one for the 1991 and looking at a pic of the 91-03 it looks
identical to the one I need for my 91.
Dakota Bogging down on acceleration or on hills...17 Apr 2006 15:38 GMT6
My Dakota (1990 V6) keeps bogging down if you don't accelerate extremely
slowly. It doesn't like to go more than about 35 unless you are on a slight
downslope, and hills are horrible (semi-trucks pass me).
My first thought was the fuel filter, but changing it didn't change ...

$2000 cdn for a new rear bumper?17 Apr 2006 13:41 GMT10
I rear ended a guy with a new 2006 Dodge Ram 1500.  It had a black
bumper (not the chrome one)  It was about a 5km/hr bump, that left one
slight indentation in the right corner, about two inches round, and not
deep at all.
While in gear, shifter handle bangs hard to the side when going over a bump17 Apr 2006 13:40 GMT20
Is this indicative of a loose or broken engine/tranny mount?

2000 Dodge Cummins APPS?17 Apr 2006 11:05 GMT4
Can anyone confirm if there is an APPS on a 2000 24V Dodge Cummins?  My
torque converter is locking/unlocking between 45-50 mph on my 2000 24V
with 110K miles.  Was doing it a while back but had an unrelated
injector pump problem that was replaced and it went away.  When it did
Wheel size17 Apr 2006 00:08 GMT25
Forgive my ignorance about this, but why may I ask do larger wheel sizes
keep being pushed?  My 03 Ram has 17's which seem plenty big enough.  I
keep getting asked though, why not put 20's on it?  I can see that it
would be good for top end speeds but it sure would seem to be a ...

SRT10 Viper engine upgrade?16 Apr 2006 09:26 GMT8
Someone recently told me there's a specific aftermarket company that will
cam up, among other things, a Viper V10 to gain an additional 175 HP. I
can't remember who it was or what company it was. Would anyone be aware of
such a company?
Tranny question16 Apr 2006 03:15 GMT4
Hi Guys! I know there are some really knowledgeable tranny guys out
there, so I was hoping someone could tell me where I can find some
comprehensive reading on transmissions (esp. Mopars). Books, texts, and
manuals would be fine too.

Grid heater in the summer15 Apr 2006 19:05 GMT2
Now that I live in the Arizona desert, I have a question about the grid
heater.
During the summer it regularly gets to well over 100 degrees (up to 115
sometimes). Cooked batteries are a common problem here.
