the other day I installed a electric brake controler and the next day the
cruse would turn on but not engague. so I unpluged the controler and still
no cruse.so I checked the brake switch and lights and they worked fine and

Sorry in advance for the long post, I thought a little history would help...
2002 2500 quadcab, longbed/Cummins Turbo Diesel/5spd manual/112000 miles.
Bought it used last May with 87000 miles on it.

Generally when you increase horsepower and torque on a diesel engine it
doesn't have to work as hard to maintain speeds as it had to before.
So in general to answer your question fuel mileage will almost always
go up when any power is added via chips, propane, water methanol,

I have 2 lines coming from the trans but hard to see where they go.  I
think they go to the radiator but not sure.  It is a 4.7 L 4x4 3.55 gear.
Does anyone know if these came stock with a transmission cooler? thanks

New battery /new terminals/new solenoid/ new alternator but engine drains
