2005 Dodge Ram 4.7L questions09 Jul 2006 05:58 GMT7
I have the 4.7L v8 in my truck, I put the drop in K&N air filter on my
truck.  I also installed the Airaid TB spacer as well on the same day.
When you install these two products together, you can definitely feel
the difference in acceleration, a lot quicker.  My question is, what

E85 experience08 Jul 2006 12:55 GMT4
I'm in the market for a new truck and was wondering if there is anything to
beware of with the new flex fuel engines. Are they as dependable as standard
gas engines? I've been told to expect about a 15% loss in fuel mileage while
running E85. I can live with that if they don't ...

How do I turn off the check engine light? The car won't pass inspection

Got a new '06 QC 4X4 with CTD on the way. Should have it later this
week. Need to install a Draw Tite brake control when I get the truck.
Is the wiring already there under the dash? Any adapters required? Any
info/advice would be appreciated. Looking forward to hauling with this
Diesel Question07 Jul 2006 21:32 GMT22
   I don't own a diesel, never have.  I've driven a few (925's, hummv's).   I see
diesel truck owners stop at a store or business and leave the engine running.  Not on
particularly cold or hot days, either.   Why is that?   Is there some reason not to
shut the engine off?
Fuel Tank Repair07 Jul 2006 19:16 GMT7
I have a  1992 Dakota with what looks like a plastic fuel tank.  What is the
best way to patch it?  I have two small holes in the front right corner.
1997 Dakota 318 CI. 113,000 Oil pressure fluctuates07 Jul 2006 15:51 GMT3
The oil pressure reads 25 idling and about 45 at highway speeds. Sometimes
running at highway speeds it will show 25 and minutes later it will go
back to 45 lbs. It does not change if you slip it in neutral and rev the
engine. Nothing sounds like low oil pressure no loud valves or ...

01 Ram 1500 Short Box 5.9 L 4x4 3.55 gears 50,000 miles.  A couple

thought it was the gasket around the cover.  After I wiped everything
up I have notice that the rear end is starting to get leak again.  Took

I've cleared the code and the truck runs fine till I ...
