My truck did something weird... again27 Nov 2006 03:24 GMT9
Ok.  So today's big learning experience is that the 12v truck fridge
pulls power even with the switches are all "off".
So, I had a very dead truck this afternoon (2001 Dak).  No worries, I
have a very helpful neighbor with one of those portable jumper boxes.

2003 RAM 1500 HEADLIGHT BULB REPLACEMENT27 Nov 2006 01:30 GMT1
Per the manual, I removed the: webbing between lens and truck frame; three
bolts holding lens assembly to body.  The assemble would not come out
freely.  I was worried about "forcing" the unit, fearing I might damage it.
I did manage to replace the right (passenger side) bulb by ...

I've got an '06 Dodge Ram w/ Cummins engine.
When I start my truck and run it for the first few miles, the headlights

etc.

2001 Dodge 2500 CTD wiring for trailer power26 Nov 2006 03:11 GMT3
This is probably the same for all Dodge 2500's as it looks like the fuse

My trailer power at the 7-prong plug is always hot. It should only be on
when the engine is running. Under the hood on the driver's side (USA),
steering problems26 Nov 2006 03:10 GMT3
Got a '96 2500, Cummins, 4x4 and I'm having some steering problems.  The
truck has far too much play in the steering.  The truck will grab
imperfections in the road and pull the truck along those imperfections.
Reminds me of a vehicle with bad ball joints.  Has made for some

I have 2 older dodges and 2 newer Jeeps that use G05 coolant.  One dodge is
a 98 Ram and the other is a 94 shadow.  I want to make things simple but
some times you can't.  Can the new G05 be used in older vehicles?

Edge EZ for 2006 Dodge RAM 3500 CTD Automatic transmission.
A Tech/Mechanic at the delivering dealer suggested an Edge EZ Power
