| synthetic oil | 22 Feb 2007 22:30 GMT | 8 |
You're probably gonna call me a liar. I would not blame you a bit. I bought a 1997 2500 with the 5.9 diesel and 119,000 miles on the clock. I immediately changed oil to use 15w-40 Mobile One and the recommended filter. After almost 4000 miles, the oil is still transparent - a ...

| A question about a 99 cummins | 22 Feb 2007 06:06 GMT | 2 |
I noticed a 2 inch crack in the exhaust header with some blackening from exhaust coming out of about the 3rd cylinder from the front. Will it hurt to run like this or could cold air be drawn into the valve when I shut it off thus warping the valve or some mechanical unforseen ...

| Auto-Manual Swap | 21 Feb 2007 12:12 GMT | 4 |

| First Gen 5.9 Performance | 20 Feb 2007 22:50 GMT | 2 |
I recently purchased a first generation 5.9 Cummins and am in the process of making it a decent pulling truck. I would like to put a hot injector pump on it, but I'm not sure if an inline pump will bolt up to my engine? Also, I have access to a 24V head, will this bolt on?

Does anyone know the approximate weight of a '97 5.2 L Magnum V-8 ? I want to make sure the setting on the boom arm of the engine hoist doesn't get overloaded. I looked all over the web to no avail.

| Daytona 500 | 19 Feb 2007 01:16 GMT | 1 |
Did the Daytona 500 seem more like a destruction derby than a race? Any part of the track that didn't see a wreck? Even the pits didn't escape.
