| 2001 Ram 1500 Oxygen sensor | 19 Mar 2007 16:57 GMT | 2 |
Check engine light came on. (84,500 miles on the 2001 V6) I had Autozone test it. Says O2 sensor is failing. But he mumbled about it being the "second bank" sensor. I never clearly understood what he was trying to explain, I think the readout on the testor said "PO128."

Already got it replaced ($250) on my truck (which has about 90k miles), but what's "haunting" me is should you replace things like that just because they make a squealing/screeching/.... noise? At the time, i just listened to the mechanic who said i should replace it
