Dodge Ram AC and Heat switches between defog vents and dash vents when going up a hill20 Jul 2007 07:03 GMT11
My Ram, '91 model, flips between the defog and the dash vents when you start
up a hill. It don't have to be much of an incline either, just 2 or 3
percent, just enough to put a little load on the engine. I've had it to the
part changers over at the dealership and after $300 it is ...
Where to find TSBs?20 Jul 2007 04:28 GMT3
At some point some years ago, I printed a bunch of TSBs for my truck
(2001 Dak) from recall-warnings.com.  They don't seem to do TSBs any
more, and don't even seem to have any history... go to Dodge and there's
only one recall.

I purchased a 07 3500 4x4 ram with the 6.7 Cummins last June. I went
to Cummins and bought a oil filter for it and it was the wrong one.
When I took it back they said there are two different 6.7 engines for
2007 the first which I have was used until July first. The second is

Finally discovered the problem causing high IOD draw and a couple of sets of
dead batteries.
Was about to change out the ignition switch .... pulled out fuse instead for
the Seat Belt Control module.  This solved the problem.  Seat Belt Control

2007 2500 CTD Mileage15 Jul 2007 02:27 GMT2
We just came back from our 3600 KM (2235 mile) round trip to Winnipeg.
We have a new 2500 2007 RAM quad cab with the 5.9 CTD. We are towing a 25'
Road Ranger 252T travel trailer weighing in at around 8600 lbs. We started
the trip with about 2366 km (1470 mi) on the odometer. The ...

Just getting back to troubleshooting my dead battery problems.
Installed an ammeter and found a draw of around 0.35 amps with the IOD fuse
in place.  Can anyone verify if this reading would be typical ?

How to remove wiper arm from the post on RAM13 Jul 2007 04:16 GMT4
I need to remove the wiper arms from the post on a '95 dodge ram truck. The
washers aren't working and the fluid just pours out onto the driveway when
you try to use them. I figure I have a chewed thru hose or some such. We
have had rats make nests in the engine compartment ...
