Seems that the AC in my 99 CTD Quad Sport is stays on once turned on and
won't shut off from the heater controls.
Anyone else have this problem and found the cure?

My wife 2000 ram 4x4 with a 360.  It will not start in wet weather.  She has

engine, which also means replacing the front crankshaft oil seal.  I have a
generic oil seal installation tool kit that looks like it will work, but the
depth of the various size disks is only about 1/4 inch.  ...
