On my way back from a long trip, I noticed the digital compass / temperature
readout was freaking out.  Display was randomly making unreadable displays.
I turned it off and back on, and still the same. Turned it off again for
awhile

I have a Ram 1500 with 275/60 R20 tires. These are after-market tires
so reading the door jam will not work. Bought it used. I think max air
pressure is 80*
Anyone know about what pressure these should carry?

I am by no means a mechanic, however, I would like some input before I
go to a mechanic to get my truck checked out. I am not totally
convinced that my issue is 100% a transmission issue, however signs do
point to the area. When accelerating starting at approximately 40 Mph

For those of you who've been around for a while, you might remember that
the Check Engine light on my 2001 Dakota has been on for a couple of
years, complaining of a small evaporative emissions leak.  Replaced the
gas cap, to no avail, and ignored it until now.

Paint's bubbling and flaking off on my black '03 Dak, leaving rough, white
discolored areas on the roof and hood.  Of course, clearcoat's totally
gone in those areas.  Haven't been able to find it so far, but is there a
warranty period for the paint?  There's no rust, only paint ...

Hi, I have an 05  2500  4x4 w/cummings. I was installing a CB radio
today and had it wired into a cig. lighter. Had the radio on when I
accidently cut the wire into, radio went dead . I looked at the cig.
lighter fuse in fuse panel and it was ok. Where do I look from here?

failed inspection-my emergency brake did not hold  strong enough--

Hello, I am trying to wire a electric brake controller into my 2001
Dodge Dakota Quadcab and I DON'T have the towing package. I have run a
blue wire from my 7 pin round connector in the back to the engine bay
but I have to problems I need help with:

I am trouble starting my Dakota truck. It will start in the morning
first try. Then when I drive it and try to start it again it will take
2 or 3 tries. The mechanic said I would have to replace the fuel
filter which is $600. Others have said it couldn't be that because

I've got a set of recent 17" Dodge 2500 rims on a '97 2500.  The tires are
currently LT265/70 R17 Michelins.
What all season tires do you recommend for this truck?  BTW, any ideas
what my speedometer error is?

out of the blue....the brake lights stay on even when the engine is
off.....have checked fuses, disconnect and reconnect the
