1999 Durange31 Aug 2009 14:01 GMT2
My 99 Durango has a very noisy lifter. Some advise to use BG oil
additive and another persons suggest to use Mystery Oil next oil
change. Any thoughts before going to the dealer?
Wasted big bucks30 Aug 2009 17:02 GMT8
my 95 dakota began to stall whenever it was put into reverse. My mechanic
told me that it was a bad solinoid inside the tranny and it (the tranny) had
to be removed to fix the problem.
I took it to a local shop and had the tranny rebuilt for about 2500 dolars

Anyone have a source, or know if the 2008 bracket will fit the 2009?

I'm finally getting around to fixing my Dakota.  Got the 3.9 remanned.  As part of this project,

any replies.

That new diesel14 Aug 2009 02:38 GMT1
Anyone notice that super-duper extra-low sulphur diesel now smells like a
mixture of gasoline and WD-40?
Also has the viscosity of it also. Yuck.
I wonder how well one could filter used motor oil to add a little to the
Wife wreck the truck14 Aug 2009 01:50 GMT6
My wife wrecked my truck.  I knew I should have told she could not drive it.

for hitting my truck.  It was not her fault but none the less the whole
driver's side of my truck needs to be repaired.  The ...

replacement is $519.00 from the dealer.  Anyone had any luck with

power outlet fuse11 Aug 2009 18:46 GMT5
My Dodge Ram 1500 4x4 has two places for 12 volt power. One the cigarette
lighter and another below it that is supposed to be a full time 12 volt
outlet.
That doesn't have any power. I can't find a fuse for that outlet.
