I have a 97 Dakota extended cab with the 6 speaker am/fm cd. The large bottom speaker in the passenger door has started making noise and appears to need replacement. How difficult is removing the door panel and does it require any special tools or secrets?

my front differential is grinding when engaged, and ive found its an issue of pinion bearings (i can grab the front drive shaft and wiggle it around a little). i had originally intended to rebuild the entire front end (gotta remove the ring gear to access the inside pinion ...

I just did something to my ole truck that I just don't really like. I guess I'm getting lazy in my old age... Stuff it Roy.... <G> I always <untill now> dropped the transmission pan and replaced the filter, fluid and gasket. I like to see if there are any sparklies

Hi, my Dad is looking to buy a pickup, maybe a 2008 or so, he wants to be able to comfortably tow a medium sized camping trailer behind him. Pls make some general suggestions regarding make and model. He is thinking 1/2 ton with about a 4.8 liter engine but I don't know.

i recently picked up another 2001.5 cummins 4x4, this one a standard cab 10' flatbed 3500 dually with a 6 speed manual with 135,000 miles on it. i didnt really need the truck, but $6000 was a deal i couldnt walk away from. its drives VERY well.
