My Stratus SXT milage is about 21 hiway, 16 city. This thing's a 4-banger! I've had 8cyl engines get 28 hwy. The car also downshifts hard. Seems to shake when shift point calls for it to drop from 3d to 2nd. Also, while accelerating, the revs stay high until it gets to 50mph.
