Looking at the Caliber as a replacement for my 8 year old Chevy S-10. I

I have a 2003 Dodge Grand Caravan Sport.
Not knowing it had a dead battery, I tried to start it.
As I watched, the Speedometer and Tachometer needles
rotated all the way clockwise to the stop on the left by the zero.

I have FSM and have tested stalk switch per  book and it seems fine.
Sounds and feels fine as well...
(I've replaced a few stalk switches in my life and most that have failed
either feel funny or sound funny (mushy) when using the functions.))

This problem has gone on for a year. Will stall in all situations: when
idling in park or running on the freeway. Says "No BUS" or "NO BU5"
when it happens. Hazard lights work for a while and then stop. It will
start back up in about 15 minutes and run fine. It can go for months

How ddoes one adjust the vertical headlight aim on a 2005 Dodge
Caravan?.
I pulled the headlight assembly and found only a L-R adjustment screw.
