So, I'm sitting outside on a bench, and notice the van's headlights and tail
lights are blinking alternately. Front, rear,front, rear, etc.
I try the panic buton, start the engine, shut down. Still blinking. Pop the
hood, pull out a relay I hear cycling. Still blinking.

windows,radio and AC faults out,they all works when the switch is the on

OK...This is an ongoing problem that I have posted about before...however,
today, it really got strange (3 electrical events occuring on the same road
trip to NC), however, these events have been occuring---almost daily---and,
two trips to the dealer has resulted in nothing!    ...

1993 GrandCaravan stuck in limp-in mode. Brakes went bad with a blowen
hose. Slowed down to an idle and down shifted to low. Now will not
upshift. Bad speed sencer or what? This is a overdrive trany and the fluid
is pink and not burnt smekking.

The more difficult one.  The caravan wouldn't start this morning.  I put a
battery charger on it.  It took 6a for 15 minutes then went to zero.  So, it
is either charged or defective.  Wouldn't start then either. ...

Passenger side keeps eating the torque transfer bushings in the gear drive.
When I raise and lower it by hand, the window doesn't seem overly stiff.
