Went to drive it one day and found the speedometer was pegged all the

I have 2004 Dodge stratus and when you turn the wheel to left you will hear
a loud popping sound.You only hear this sound when you turn the car to the
left.Is this the wheel bearing and if so how much will this cost to

Had to have the ignition switch replaced last week when the key
wouldn't turn and we couldn't get the car out of park.  In trying to
fix it, the tow driver whacked on it with a mallet and bent the key.
