  I  own a 95 Probe SE (4 cyl) bought it new many moons ago.

parking garage at an Anaheim apartment complex that flooded during the

During my evening commute, I get onto the freeway from an
on-ramp that has two lanes.  The metering lights alternate
from one lane to the other, one car per green.  Both lanes
funnel into a single lane "downstream" of the metering lights

closest lane to me is clear, but the farther lane has traffic, can I still
merge into the closest lane or am I required to wait for ALL traffic to
